Return & Exchange Policy Effective Date: 19th March, 2025

At Hakari, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a faulty item, we will offer a replacement. We also allow size exchanges under the conditions outlined below.

1.⁠ ⁠Eligibility for Exchanges

Size exchanges are allowed within 7 days of receiving the order.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Items marked as final sale, clearance, or custom orders are not eligible for exchanges.

2.⁠ ⁠Exchange Process

Submit a Request: Contact our support team at wearhakari@gmail.com with your order number and size exchange request.

Approval & Instructions: Once approved, we will provide exchange instructions and the shipping address.

Return the Item: Ship the item back to us using a trackable method. The customer is responsible for exchange shipping costs.

Processing: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process the exchange within [7] business days.

3. Faulty or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within [3] days of receiving your order.

We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Refunds will only be issued in cases where a replacement is not available.
